Box Office
The Box Office at The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater is open Monday – Friday from 11:00AM to 6:00PM and Saturday & Sunday (show days only) from 12 noon with extended hours for evening performances.
The Box Office at The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments.
Will Call Tickets
Please have proper picture I.D., credit card, and confirmation number to pick up your tickets so our staff can make sure that your tickets end up in your hands.
Will Call is only available for pick up on the day of the show.

Premium seating for the full concert season or on a show by show basis is available! Seats located in the Orchestra and Mezzanine. Building Information
The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater is a 2,461 reserved seating, two story building. The three-tiered orchestra pit has removable seats to accommodate standing room during concerts and fabulous event space for private rentals. The Orchestra and Mezzanine have permanent seating. A curtaining system for both the upper and lower seating areas is available for smaller audiences.

Parking
There are many pay lots as well as limited street parking in the downtown area that are within walking distance to the theater. In addition, there is a large municipal parking garage nearby (at the corner of 17th Street and Convention Center Drive – 1 block from the theater). For most shows, cash only valet parking is available at our front drive for $15.00 per car, plus gratuity.
Do's and Don'ts
Do bring yourself, your ticket, your friends, and your photo I.D. if you plan on purchasing alcohol or picking up will call tickets.
Do not bring: alcohol, drugs, laser pointers, skates, wallet chains, spiked jewelry or belts, banners, flyers, beach balls, Frisbees, fireworks of any kind, coolers, or any outside food and beverage to any show. Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at The Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater. Some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass. To ensure the safety of all of our guests, all bags may be subject to search before entry.
